Can I collect and pay cash?We offer collection for all orders, to arrange you will need to contact us via our contact form or our instagram @merseyattire.

What is your shipping process?We use Royal Mail to ship our orders which enables us to provide fast shipping with options such as guaranteed by 1PM next day.

What is your returns process?You can return your cap within 7 days for an exchange or store credit

How do I track my order?Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking code that can be entered on the Royal Mail website to track your order.

What time do I need to order to receive by next day?All next day delivery orders placed before 1PM will be delivered by next day, we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered next day if placed after 1PM
